Full-stack Developer

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Python web frameworks such as Django or FastAPI, as well as experience with TypeScript and React.js.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new features, writing both backend (Django) and frontend (React) part
  • Write backend unit tests with Python
  • Cooperate with other developers and testers
  • Perform code review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing backend systems with Python
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing frontend systems with TypeScript
  • Knowledge of frameworks: Django, React
  • Understanding of web development concepts, such as RESTful APIs, HTTP, and web security
  • Knowledge of database concepts and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with building healthcare systems
  • Experience with GraphQL and Celery
  • Good knowledge of numpy and other data processing frameworks in Python
  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of C++ and Node.JS

Machine Learning Developer (Image Processing with Medical Images)

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in image processing and medical imaging, and a passion for using machine learning to improve healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop machine learning models for image processing with medical images
  • Collaborate with the medical team to understand their needs and requirements
  • Conduct research and experiments to develop and test machine learning models
  • Analyze and process large datasets of medical images
  • Develop tools and workflows for processing, analyzing, and visualizing medical images
  • Design and implement data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis
  • Ensure that machine learning models are accurate, reliable, and scalable
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of machine learning models
  • Communicate results and insights to the team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in machine learning, image processing, or a related field
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
  • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in data analysis libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-Learn
  • Knowledge of image processing techniques such as filtering, segmentation, and registration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in image processing for histopathology or radiology
  • Familiarity with medical imaging modalities and formats such as DICOM, NIfTI, and MINC
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of other programming languages such as C++ or MATLAB
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with web development frameworks such as Flask or Django
