Brain Days are underway. We will have the opportunity to learn the basics of the functioning of the human brain and the latest technologies used to discover its uniqueness. Together we will consider the everyday life of people affected by central nervous system disorders and possible forms of help for them.

The conference program includes workshops (concerning, among others, brain neuroimaging methods and how to use it for research. This is the topic that interests us the most.

Today is the first day and we looked at Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging, lectured by Dr. PIOTR STYRKOWIEC.

Another extremely interesting lecture was by AGNIESZKA ŻELWETRO, MA, on the neuropsychological profiles of dementia. Including atypical variants, occurring in Alzheimer’s disease, without memory loss.

Tomorrow we will have workshops. And there is a lot of innovation in them. We will write more about this and the conference soon!

That’s it for today. See you soon 🙂
